职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaising with teams such as VM, Retail;

2. Work closely with Visual Merchandiser to understand and improve the Global VM Guideline;

3. Ensure worldwide stores putting in place the display strictly conform to the VM guideline via monthly photo checking ( twice a month);

4. Monitor retail operations to ensure all stores are functioning in compliance with Daily Checklist;

5. Coordinate with store staffs to ensure the stores' displays are in line with Global Standard on a daily basis;

6. Work closely with Flagship Directors to identify issues and show initiative to form solutions;

7. Summit stores VM performance report;

8. Gather feedbacks from operation on visual impacts of displays and implementing changes;

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in Visual Merchandising/Retail, especially in jewelry or fast-fashion;

2. Good command of MS-Office, Photoshop;

3. Good communication skill and able to work under pressure;

4. High Organized and detail oriented;

5. Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing);

6. French Speaking will be appreciated.
