职位描述：
1、丰富的创意指导经验和较强的创作能力，触觉锐利，思路清晰；
2、优秀的沟通技巧和指导能力，具备整合广告策略和创造力；
3、能胜任平面、视频多媒体和展示创作和执行的指导工作；
4、协助创意总监工作，带领团队确立创意方向和创意概念，将抽象的概念转化为有视觉冲击力的创意方案；

5、能独立负责大型提案及比稿。
职责要求：
1、美术、设计专业本科以上学历，英语六级以上，优秀的中英文表达及书写能力；

2、5年以上广告从业经验，熟悉零售和化妆品行业，具4A公司或国内知名广告公司从业背景；
3、有大型项目的策划、创意经历。

4、广告创意总监需10年广告从业经验，具4A公司或国内知名广告公司从业背景5年以上。

Responsibilities:
? Give creative and art direction to design and creative team
? Communicate with clients and develop project proposals based on client requirements
? Ensure that creative ideas are generated continuously, meet clients’ needs and reflect the highest quality and standard of the company
? Present and review creative ideas and solution with clients, prepare and present proposals to clients
? Manage a team of professional designers; give brief on design & graphics to develop branded architecture and costing
Requirements:
? College degree or above, art based
? Minimum 5-8 years creative experience, strong capability on design (3D design, graphic design, stage design…), road show, exhibitions, events, etc, with minimum 4 years management experience
? High proficiency in major software and design procedures along with strong conceptual thinking and visualization skills
? Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must, with the confidence and ability to deal with and present to clients at a senior level
? Innovative, passion for advertising ? Strong leadership with good team spirit
? Good Command of English and Mandarin
? Portfolio required
