职位描述：

本岗位为短期项目合同，至少3个月，能够工作4-6个月者为佳

1.应用力学原理，热力学，水力学，热传递，以及材料方面的知识，设计和调查来评估机械和机电系统；

2.通过设计可行性试验和测试方法确定系统和产品性能；

3. 通过研究客户需求，开发机械和机电产品;测试制造和装配方法及材料，征求操作员的意见；

4. 执行一个完整的生命周期产品开发(设计、开发、样品测试、制造实现)；

5. 设计满足需求的系统和组件；

6.进行外观设计；

7.有条理地进行实验，分析数据并解释结果；

8．测试和评估理论设计；

9．识别、制定并制定有效的解决方案；

10．评估最终产品的整体性能、可靠性和安全性；

11．修改和调整设计以满足需求并消除故障

12．估计预算和项目范围；

13．从操作工那里获取观察结果；

14．准备产品报告和文件；

15．不断学习并发展新的理论或方法

This position offers short term intership,3 months at minimun, 4-6 months is preferred

1.Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting

research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and

materials.

2.Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing

properties.

3. Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching

and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.

4.Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and

implement)

5.Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements

6.Produce outline designs

7.Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results

8.Test and evaluate theoretical designs

9.Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems

10.Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety

11.Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions

12.Estimate budget and scope of project

13.Solicit observations from operators

14.Prepare product reports and documentation

15.Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，有机械工程方面的工作经验，良好的英语听说读写能力；

2.有产品生命周期管理(PLM)和有限元分析(FEA) 工作经验；

3.有计算机辅助工程(CAE)和计算机辅助制造(CAM)方面的实践经验；

4. 熟悉2D或3D工程设计和制造工具(比如AutoCAD、ProE或其他)；

5. 熟悉工程分析工具(ANSYS,ProMechanica或其他)；

6. 熟悉数学计算和分析工具知识(比如Matlab、Excel、LabView等)；

7. 对核心概念的深入理解，包括力学，运动学，热力学，材料科学等等；

8. 良好的创造力和分析能力；

9. 能够以一种清晰易懂的方式表达技术方面的知识；

10. 良好的技术文件写作技巧；

1.Proven working experience in mechanical engineering

2. Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and finite element analysis (FEA).

3.Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing

(CAM)

4.Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)

5.Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)

6.Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)

7.Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials

science etc.

8.Creativity and analytical skills

9.Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner

10.Technical writing skills

11.BSc degree in Engineering
