A. Corporate Social Responsibility Auditing

1. Lead TAOS audit teams in conducting social audits nationwide as per TAOS/ or TAOS clients' auditing standards and protocols. Responsibilities may include management interviews, records review, health and safety walkthrough, worker interviews on-site and off-site.

2. Coordinate team download, reconciliation of conflicting data and data analysis as per TAOS/ or TAOS clients' protocols, including benchmarking findings against TAOS/ or TAOS clients', industry, client and legal standards

3. Prepare and submit English-language written audit report as per TAOS/ or TAOS clients' reporting standards and protocols

4. Post-audit meetings with brand representatives as per client request

5. Provide up-dated information on Chinese labor laws and regulations as needed

6. Marketing TAOS auditing program. Responsibilities may include communicating to the clients and factories; providing program descriptions to the potential clients.

B. Training

1. Coordinate social audit related training programs upon the clients request, the needs of TAOS program development, and TAOS internal training. Responsibilities may include meeting with the clients, managing the program, and deliver trainings.

2. Assist TAOS training team in conducting social audit related training programs nationwide. Responsibilities may include overseeing the training, providing consulting to the client/factory management, and write the training report in English.

C. TAOS project support and coordination

1. Assist in the management, coordination or facilitation of other related TAOS projects, including worker education programs, supplier compliance/remediation consultations, labor research.

D. Reporting/Supervision

1. Report directly to TAOS Network Programs Director (immediate supervisor)
