职位描述：
1. Mission :
Ensures bonded project execute smoothly
The establishment of VALEO import and export product, material data, in order to better correspond to the import and export business
Improve the import and export customs clearance in place, in order to better and faster for the company to provide services


2. Main Responsibility:
1.Customs bonded material handbook application to cancel after verification and internal transfer and import and export customs clearances
(Application prepare include:A Finished goods part number and quantity confirmation;B BOM manager,especially in resin and copper what have wastage,C Finished Goods and component Pre-HS code application;D Customs master data maintainance, E Customs handbook document preparation before input QP system )
2.Customs handbook monitoring,confirm import and export data in balance sheet,and the handbook execution rate,apply quantity increase if the remaining quantity in low level.
3.Responsible for handbook balance and variance analysis,weekly report to manager about handbook operation,balance,variance and variance root cause
4.Bonded scrap process
5.Material master data maintainence in TMS System,which include HS code definition and nominate to new material,Pre-HS code application.
6. Apply for bonded handbook production capacity certificate
7. Resposible for customs issue
8. Build up effective communication with related authorities, CIQ, Customs
9. Customs procedure improvement and new policy implementation

1、负责加工贸易手册备案申请、变更、平衡、核销。
（申请包括：A、保税成品、物料范围和每个料号备案量的确认；B、保税BOM整理，特别是树脂材、铜材等有损耗物料的单重及水口用量的确认；C、成品、物料预归类整理和申请；D、海关备案资料库新增和变更申请；E、手册QP预录入资料的准备；）
2、负责手册运行监管和变更，核对每一份进出口报关单录入平衡表中是否正确,同时监控手册执行率，确保有足够的余量进办理保税进出口报关，对不足余量进出口的项号及时向海关进行申请增量变更手续。
3、负责手册平衡管理和分析，每周汇报保税项目运行情况，存在的问题点；汇报手册平衡、差异情况，找出差异原因
4、定期对边角废料申请内销征税
5、TMS报关系统主数据维护、保税手册数据导入、变更等。主要是新增物料的商品名称、H.S、申报要素的确认及预归类办理
6、加工贸易生产能力证明申请办理
7、负责现场海关通关过程遇到的疑难问题解答、处理和查验配合
8、海关、出入境检验检疫局、外经贸局等政府部门相关事务的对应
9、本部门报关业务的改善及海关新政策导入

Education: University Graduate,
Work experience:
-5 years customs declaration experiences,and 3 years above bonded customs handbook experience in plant,Huadu district experience prefer
-Good Excel skill,be familiar with BOM and group material
-Sensitive with figures
-5年以上报关工作经验，且3年以上大型电子厂加工贸易备案、变更、核销经验，有花都海关加贸经验优先
-熟练运用EXCEL及常用公式，熟练使用企业BOM并通过分类归并生成海关BOM
-对数据比较敏感，提前探测错误漏洞，能设置必要的防错逻辑公式来避免错误的产生。
