职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians to develop & carry out maintenance for state of the art manufacturing equipment, to define & maintain efficient manufacturing process to produce products that meet Jabil's customer requirements.
2. Provide PCBA/Assy process solutions and set up PCBA/Assy line.
3. To ensure the machine smoothly, and reduce downtime;
4. Lead Asst Eng and Technicians to ensure production line smoothly.
5. Provide technical support to Asst Eng/Technicians;
