OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
This position is responsible for the complete Logistic Department including overseas & local transportation, customs, packaging, Robot warehousing and so on. The main target is to manage logistics in a professional and efficient manner, and to achieve cost-saving.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Packaging and local transportation: manage the operation of Robot packaging, inland transportation to customer sites or exhibition shows.
- Customs clearance: manage import & export customs clearance for raw materials, Robots, spare parts, etc. by general trade, processing trade and so on.
- Overseas transportation: manage the operation of import & export overseas air, sea, train transportation between China and Europe, Asia, etc.
- Supervise and manage the performance of all logistic suppliers to achieve efficient and safe logistic operation, cost-saving and win-win cooperation.
- Deal with special and urgent cases related with the above by proactively communicating and coordinating with internal and external.
- Coach all team members on various tasks, always ensure free sharing and solid supports within the whole team.
- Achieve or overly achieve both personal and team targets.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trade and other related fields.
- Experience:
- At least ten years working experiences in logistics, warehousing, customs operation, and international trade, and has profound knowledge in these fields.
- Deep understanding about the latest rules and policies about inland transportation, customs, international trade, overseas transportation.
- Maintain good, constructive communication and relationship with government authorizes including customs, CIQ, etc.
- Strictly follow compliances.
- Proactive, positive working and life attitudes. Mature, neutral, optimistic and calm working and life mentality.
- Very strong at problem analyzing and solving, with very clear and logical thinking.
- Keen on data collecting, cost analyzing and process optimizing.
- Very strong sense of responsibilities, passionate with work challenges, well capable of working under big pressure.
