Job Function

1. Insights and strategy - work with Research Manager and Social strategists to identify social insights that can be leveraged to develop campaign plans. Utilize insights to offer feedback to publishers to develop or improve of product offering.

2. Comms Planning and copy writing - strong foundation in developing communication platform and activation ideas. Able to develop messaging platform across social (and other digital channels). Effectively bi-lingual (mandarin Chinese and English language). Current knowledge of social media space and an active user of social media platforms.

3. Concepting - required to concept campaign plans, tactics and ideas on paid, owned and earned platforms. Able to lead and direct reporting copy writer and designer on concepting creative to a Global standard.

4. Client management - able to represent OMG's vision on social media, understand client challenges and ensure that both client organization and agency are fairly represented. Able to translate client ideas into performance KPIs and critical of own work against performance of KPIs.

5. Happiness - while you are an agent of change within the greater company, you are someone that is always emitting happiness and excitement in everything you do. Your excitement is contagious and something other people can feed off, you are someone that other people will gravitate for an opinion or point of view (especially if they don't work within the Social team).
