PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Manage and improve Treasury, AR, AP , FA, SG&A, and GL process
2. Coordinate and manage tax filing and other local statutory processes
3. Reporting preparation: Hyperion reporting preparation and upload.
4. Perform bridge/ variance analysis per internal request from corporate in USA
5. Initiate streamline internal business process and policy improvement
6. Internal control: SOX reconciliation package review and voucher review
7. Internal SOX Auditing and coordination
8. Global communication and coordination
9. LASEC Management meeting and corporate financial review meeting
10. Coach policy and process to LASEC employee frequently
11. Provide leadership and drive ad hoc LASEC local projects
12. Lead LASEC Annual Plan and Forecast process
13. Facilitate the LASEC MCR/Spend database/PPM data reporting
14. Be the local point person to drive consistency between LII corporate and Local processes; represent the local business issues to LII corporate
15. Perform analysis for key ongoing global supply chain/ operations projects or activities
16. Generate and publish key global metrics for World Wide Operations.
17. Provide leadership and drive ad hoc global projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor Degree holder on Accounting or Finance, Middle level accountant certification, CPA is a plus
2. Minimum 5 years finance working experience in WOFE and 2 years as supervisor above role
3. Independent single contributor – can help define and drive projects with minimal direction
4. Familiar with PRC and US GAAP
5. Excellent Communication skills with tough personality
6. Excellent English skills in Oral and Written
7. Excellent Computer skills and Strong ERP & Hyperion System knowledge
8. Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and good team working ability
