Overall job purpose/工作目标概括：
? The IE specialist is responsible for import and export of Distribution LS China (Beijing Region). Keep LS import and export operate smoothly(self-management or 3PL service) on IE developments (both regulatory and otherwise).Communicate with forwarder and broker to make progress optimization.Prompt feedback when exceptional situation occurred.Familiar with DG warehouse operation and management.
Responsibilities/工作职责：
? Be responsible for import custom clearance of chemical and biological products.
? Prepare proper documents to broker and file properly.
? Input data to SAP system and maintain info.
? Send Goods Receipt Cover Sheet to Warehouse.
? Track cargo status with forwarder and broker
? Be responsible for Monthly bill submission and expense estimation to Finance
? DG warehouse management
? Answer inquiry related to import cargo status.
? Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

? Ability to deal with various emergency and resistance to pressure
? DG Warehouse working or management experience
？ Backgroud
? Bachelor degree major in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Biology or related disciplines.
? Minimum 2 year working experience in custom clearance or chemical reagent industry
? Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge such as SAP would be a plus.
? Experience on import/export licenses application and classification of tariff code are preferable.
? Fluent Enligsh in business writing.
? Carefully and good interpersonal skill.
