Temp Data Entry & System Update Assistant-数据输入与系统更新助理（6个月期）

Centralized Services Centre (CSC) is the in-house outsourcing service provider of Panalpina Greater China. Our main activities are data entry and system processing.

To put CSC into function, we’re looking for dynamic candidates to fill in the position of Temp Data Entry & System Update Assistant. The right candidate should take the following responsibilities and fulfill requirements as stated:
1. Verify information provided by Customer and Internal stakeholders; update the office applications for reporting purposes.
2. Accurately enter data into various Panalpina systems (Track & Trace, Customer Order Management, etc.).
3. Address critical issues and offer solutions to optimize whole process.

Requirements & skills:
1. Education: College or above.
2. Language skills: Mandarin / English (CET4 or above).
3. Work experience: 1-2 years in forwarding/logistics industry.
4. Good PC skill, preferably fast and accurate typing skill.
5. Independent and team work spirit, professional attitude and enthusiastic approach, willing to work under pressure.
