Main Functions & Responsibilities



1.Assists the management of the Company by determining whether the company's risk management systems, controls, and governance processes are adequate as designed and functioning properly

2.Carries out its oversight of risk management system, controls and governance processes by performing independent audits of financial, compliance, operational risks

3.Issue periodic report to Company Manager or the Audit Committee

4.Performs regular and random audits



Qualification



1.At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, preferable with ACCA, CIMA or MICPA

2.Audit experience in a large local or international Audit Firm.

3.Supply chain experience either from Big4 or real operation experience is preferable

4.I.T audit experience

5.Be able to communicate (Oral & Written) Effectively in English
