Responsibilities:

• Provides analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence with a LineofBusiness or Enterprise Control Function. Gathers and organizes data in order to track report and monitor effectiveness ofkey controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepares documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.

• Provide ongoing support and compliance responses for Trade transactions.Offer solution or guidance/escalation for problem cases related to compliance such as OFAC, AML, KYC,etc.from operations perspective.Performperiodic monitoring and annual onsite compliance reviews and compliance training.Liaise with complianceandrisk partners (Asia, U.S.and EMEA) in decisioning transactions.Provide regional support for Enterprise policies and procedures of Global Trade Operations and the Trade Control team and coordinate these efforts withallregions globally. Enhance the risk knowledge and culture of Trade Operations employees in theregion.

• Incumbents typically have 2-3 years of Trade Operations experience, preferably multiple products

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Bank's AML, Information Security, OFAC, Anti-Boycott and other compliance policies
• Strong communication skills (oral/written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and knows how to prioritize work
• Ability to interface with various levels of global trade and business partners
• Strong PC skills to include MS Office products
• Detail oriented
• General knowledge of Bank of America systems (in particular, TradeLine)
• Knowledge of Trade products - CDCS certified or multi-product exper.
• Experience in other areas within Bank of America
• Trade and/or compliance/audit experience with another financial institution
