Responsibility
1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs (Cycle time/ Recruitment Cost/ Offer Acceptance/ Employee Referral Program/ % of probation passing etc ) and in accordance with company policies and standards 
2. Closely work with Malaysia Penang sourcing team about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings
3. Interview (incl. coordination of Interview arrangements) with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision
4. Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status5. Keep improving the design in capability and after sales service capability
5. Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
6. Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing
7. Other Talent acquisition works assigned:
   - Provide market intelligence in certain industry (e.g. competitors' ramp up plan, structure & mapping and C&B bench mark, retention plan, etc.) ;
   - Participate in various of TA programs (e.g. workforce planning, employer branding, process management, EVP, recruiting website, interview skill training to managers, assessment center, );
   - Participate in early talent programs (e.g. campus recruiting, university relationship, internship and trainee programs);
   - Develop new channel and social media tools;
   - Regular reporting about HC and hiring status.  

Requirement
1. Around 5 year experience in recruiting and headhunter experience is a must.
2. Hiring experience in SAP or IT is a plus.
3. Good sourcing and interviewing skill.
4. Storing influencing skill
5. Open minded, cooperative, pro-active following up & can-do work attitude, result - driven;
6. Good English capability
7. Bachelor degree or above
