IT Assistant Manager
Job Description:
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business. Leverage and develop new and existing internal networks to facilitate in providing mutually acceptable resolutions.
· Optimize all related working procedures, discuss with inter-department colleagues to work out a win-win solution.
· Coordinate the resolution of customer issues and service through research and interaction with appropriate internal staff.
· Manage complaints, review existing procedures to identify the improvement areas.
· Handle escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced representatives
· Monitor and analyze daily and monthly call center performance, utilizing contact management system reports.
· Analyze and monitor daily telephone activity to ensure compliance with performance standards.
· Monitor and analyze daily and monthly contact center performance utilizing contact management system reports. Identify trend information and work with Manager in developing and implementing operational changes needed to address work flow issues, staffing problems, bottlenecks, access, service quality and staff productivity.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree required.
· Minimum 2 years of solid experiences in project management.
· Minimum 3+ years of working experiences in a service-oriented environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, and written/verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin are essential.
· Call center & ITS service desk experience preferred.
· Previous experiences in IT operation management.
· Knowledge of end user computing skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
· Ability to work with internal and external customers.
· Negotiation and interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to motivate, develop and lead staff.
· Self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Must be flexible with hours.
