职位描述：
任务与职责

1 联络客户工程部门建立设计目标并针对指定项目制定设计提案。建立并存档客户其他设计标准
2 指导设计人员完成产品的3D和2D数据，确保产品设计满足客户要求
3 对产品报价给予技术支持，完成工程BOM表
4 同制造工程师开发产品模具和设备规范。将以往经验教训通过原型件传递给制造工程师应用于模具和设备
5 开发及维护D-FMEA，DVP，控制计划，以及在项目经理的指导完成其他APQP 应用文件，参加APQP团队会议。
6 根据ECM流程，对工程变更进行协调，沟通和实施*根据规定协调所有产品认证测试。确保遵守认证以及产品测试要求 。
7 负责所有原型零件（阀门，管路，橡胶管等）的设计，采购以及验证
8 支持原型产品制造团队提供符合客户要求的原型零部件/总成件，
9 持续使用FMEA 工具
10 对VA/VE 活动提供有效的成本降低技术方案
11 遵守公司的安全法规要求

任职资格：
1 1年以上汽车行业相关经验
2 良好的英语或日语听说读写能力，并且能在日常工作中进行沟通
3 机械工程或材料加工工程本科学历
4 性格开朗，团队合作
5 能适应定期的出差，能够提出问题解决方案
6 熟悉软件基本操作，如Catia,UG等


Resposibility
1.Interface with customer engineering to establish design goals and make design recommendations for assigned programs. Establish and document other customer design criteria.
2.Guide the designer to finish product 3D&2D, make sure the design meet customer requirement.
3.Provide technical support during RFQ phase, and finish E-BOM.
4.Work with Manufacturing Engineer to develop production tooling and equipment specifications. Transfer knowledge of lessons learned through prototype builds to Manufacturing Engineer for application to production tooling and equipment.
5.Develop and maintain D-FMEA, DVP, control plan and other applicable APQP documentation at the direction of the Program Manager. Participate in APQP core team meetings.
6.Coordinate all product validation testing as required. Ensure compliance with validation and product test requirements.
7.Responsible for the design, procurement, and prove-out of all prototype components (valves, tubing, hoses, etc).
8.Support prototype manufacturing groups to supply prototype parts / assemblies to the customer’s satisfaction.
9.Continuous work with FMEA tool
10. Promote cost effective technical solutions to VA/VE.
11. Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or Material manufacturing engineering.
2. At least one year automotive industry work experience
3. Good English or Japanese in Listening, Speaking, reading and writing, and can communicate in daily work.
4. Open personality, team work.
5. Can accept regular business travel.
