An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Global Responsible Sourcing Team. As Compliance Data Administrator you will report to RS Manager in the Responsible Sourcing Team to co-ordinate the work of the team and liaise with managers in the business to ensure their data requirements are met and high risk issues are escalated in a timely manner.
Job Profile:
· RS data entry, maintaining and ensuring relevant RS data, improvement logs and RS factory master database are up-to-date.
· Support suppliers through the Sedex registration process offering advice and guidance to ensure timely registration and accurate completion of factory information;
· Ensuring suppliers maintain their Sedex account - complete self assessment, upload audit data and corrective action and close off corrective actions once remediation is complete.
· Follow up with suppliers to ensure that they take action on low risk non-compliances.
· Escalate serious/high risk non-compliances to the relevant RS Manager (UK/India/China).
· Produce reports on supplier status as requested by the regional RS Managers.
· Facilitate the development and delivery of training and other support materials for suppliers and colleagues on Sedex
Job Requirement:
· A Degree holder
· Good communication in English is essential and the ability to converse in Cantonese would be an advantage.
· Excellence in interpersonal skill and communication skills
· Strong PC skills.
· Knowledge of the Sedex database and managing ethical trade data preferable but not necessary.
· Familiar with ethical Code of Conduct and audit requirements and process but not necessary.
