Job Duties:
- Spread the SRS (Scheduled Release Services) word (best practices)
- Coaching / mentoring of offshore resources to help and support the knowledge transfer
- Be the local point of contact for SRS matters / advises / questions for all PM / ME coordinators / Test Managers
- Grooming place: it is ideal to stay 6 - 9 months at this place and have a better understanding for acting better in other areas
- To understand release holistic approach from project initiation until delivery covering all phase
- To see all dysfunctions and pitfalls to be in one second able to implement best practices on Testing / Project / Minor Enhancements side
- To view / understand the whole IT landscape
- Help the Release Team on day to day basis, especially if we deliver more frequently thanks to SRS
- Increase quality of SRS Follow-Up (before and after implementation) : planning and audit trail tool
- Anticipate issue or troubleshoot (offshore deliverables) to be escalate to Release Manager
- Prepare documentation before and after release (Release scope, ...) and help the coordinators
- Gather the Release Notes
- Automate the Dashboards if required
- All other task needed depending on the Release Team workload

Candidate Specifications:
- Excellent in communication
- Should have a good knowledge on Project Life cycle - Ideally should have been a IT PM and executed project end to end
- Good Knowledge of Risk management
- Planning and Organizing skill
- Should be able to work at a fast pace and sometimes in a stressful environment and make quick calculated decisions
- Experience of working with technical and business team across varying functional areas
- Ability to work independently with focus towards company vision and direction
- Create project/program reviews, reports and presentations to senior management
- Team Player
- Experience in a release management role
- Experience in project and testing (around 5-10 years) with proven deliveries
- Experience in the banking industry
- Qualifications in Project management is a plus
