Job Description:
Position Responsibility :
? Manage the Company (Subsidiary In China)
? Advertisement and education program development, hiring of the students, public relation
? Analyze of education market and potential students
? Management of education and school procedures and courses
? Consultancy, including planning, managing work flows, coaching and supervising subordinate consultants
? Provide education quality insurance and ensure customer satisfaction
? Daily operation management, responsibility and refer direct to CEO in EU
? counseling and paper work quality control and evaluation, customers and team management and etc
? Build understanding and database of and universities and maintain relationships with targeted institutions, maintain communication with students
? Manage the staff in the regions in China in the future, coordinate teams, control workflow, solve problems and ensure jobs executed on schedule
? To develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan to measure the achievements of the programmes.
Candidate Requirement :
? Have bachelor or above academic degree
? Over 5 years of working experience, of which more than 2 years of relevant experience
? Very good skills - communication and sales, negotiation experience
? Very good knowledge of public procedures and companies rules
? Willingness to travel in China
? Good in both oral and written English
? Understanding of financial concepts
? Good at communication with the customers, companies and confident
? To conduct training and workshops
? Have the ability of analyzing and solving problems, rigorous, attentive to details, motivated, and honest
? Experience of studying or working overseas or working experience with sino-foreign joint venture is preferred.
? Strong knowledge and understanding of local education contexts including policies, drivers, practices and trends
? Cross-cultural sensitivity
