Technical service manager
Purpose of position setting:
This position is set to maintain and continuously improve daily operation of technical service and customer complaint handling, making sure project follow-up and technical support can go smoothly.

Responsibility scope:
？ Lead technical service team to collect market information, develop and follow up new projects.
？ Develop, organize and implement team learning plan.
？ Develop and implement the management and operation system in technical support process.
？ Develop performance assessed value, guide and stimulate subordinates to complete the job smoothly.
？ Recommend products according to customers’ technical demand.
？ Collect and analyze market application and customer demand information.
？ Coordinate and communicate with sales, business development and customer service staff
？ Handle customers’ technology and quality complaints.
？ Fill in and collect kinds of regular reports.

Position requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above in polymer, more than 10 years’ experience of technical management in plastics or tooling industries.
？ Excellent team management ability
？ Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
？ Proficient in computer office software
？ Familiar with development and application of plastic industry
