Day to day execution responsibility, i.e.
Documentation handling
Manage third party agencies
Tracking
Simple problem solving
Coordinates with relevant departments such as QA, Procurement, and other functions that contribute to importation
Unassisted development, management & review of key contracting services including vendor research, contract preparation & completion

Organization Stucture:
Functionally reports to Heinz China Import Manager
Directly reports to BU Procurement Leads

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above
3-5 years working experience in Purchasing in FMCG Industry
Good English Expression, especially in oral communication
Able to slove problems independently and good team player
Able to negotiate, coordinate and effectively communicate with venders/third party agencies
Result-oriented with a down-to earth attitude
Tanlents with clear career objective with potential to be cultivated and coached
