职位描述：

• Responsibilities and expertise:
  
  He/she will be responsible for:
  
  1. Technical organization and management of following production units : Quality Control laboratory, Inspection fabric area, Customer Service.
  
  2. Make plan and management of production, which will be arranged on 2 shifts, according to the production planning.
  
  3. Organization of above listed units, which will employ approx. 16 workers, including laboratory technicians, head of department, shift foreman, and operators.
  
  4. Coordination of Quality Control laboratory:
• In here will be applied all the physical and chemical tests, according with AATCC standards, ISO standards, and Customers standards, in order to assure that the product, compliant to the standards.
• In here will be applied the Colour control on the fabric, in order to assure to the customers a perfect colour continuity.
• The laboratory is equipped with the most modern instruments, to perform all the tests

5. Coordination of Inspection area:

• In here will be applied the visual inspection of the fabric, and according with the standards, will be assigned the classification of the quality.
• This department has the responsibility to survey the quality, warning immediately, and strongly, the related production departments, in case of defects occurring. Even survey that the corrective actions, shall effect the solution of the problem.
• This department has the responsibility to inform immediately the Production Planning, in case some quality problems occurred, and the fabric has to be replaced with new production.
• This department has the responsibility to highlight the problem arising from raw material, informing immediately the department involved, and Purchasing dept.

6. Customer service:

• The senior Q.C. Manager has the responsibility for the quality, in case the Sales office receives complaint from customer, immediately has to be applied all the procedure, for checking, analyze, and prepare a report for the Customer. In some serious cases, where is not possible find a solution, it could be necessary go directly to the customer production workshop.
• Keep excellent relationship with Customers, in order to make them satisfied, keep the customers loyal to our company, with a long term overview.
• Keep excellent relationship with Sales office, in order to hold and reach the best results on the solution of problems with Customers.

7. The Senior Q.C. Manager has the responsibility for the quality, she/he has to issue the

weekly report with the data of the production quality status. She/he has to arrange a weekly

meeting and highlight all the issues, and surveying that, the corrective actions effect should fix

the problems.

8. Granting of full efficiency of machineries, in order to comply with production plan.

9. Training of technicians and other workers.

10. Granting the full compliance with safety rules in his units.


Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering for Textile or Textile Engineering with studies on Quality Control, or comparable qualifications.
• Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Inclination to very good management of interpersonal and human relationships, perfect communication skills. She/he will interact with all production Units as well as with Customers.
• Ready to possible short travels abroad.
