Key responsibilities:

? Handle customers’ complaints and inquiries on daily basis
处理日常客户的咨询和投诉
? Responsible for sales orders taking and place orders to suppliers
负责接收销售订单并发给供应商
? Accurately and timely manage order information in our system
准确、及时地更新维护系统中的订单信息
? Visit customers or stores whenever is necessary
必要是到客户和门店拜访客户
? Collect customer feedbacks and provide improvement suggestions
收集客户反馈，提出改进建议
? Maintain and update complaint & product claim log book.
维护和更新产品客户投诉和产品索赔记录。
? Prepares data analysis and regular reports
数据分析准备和定期出具相关报告
? Complete the tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.

? Good interpersonal, communication, customer-oriented and supervisory skills.

? 1-2 years customer relations, customer services or sales administration experience.
1-2年的客户关系，拥有客户服务或销售管理经验。
? Knowledge in local logistic is an added advantage
了解当地物流市场者优先考虑
? Bachelor Degree in Customer Relations Management, Customer Services or related disciplines is an added advantage 本科以上学历,客户关系管理，客户服务或相关专业优先
? Fluent in spoken and written English
良好的的英语听说和阅读能力
? Proficiency in MS excel is an advantage
