职位描述：
Production Quality:
? Organize by random sampling the measurement and periodical tests on finish products before shipping
? Assure the update and traceability of quality documentation
? Manage the follow up of product non conformity, containment action corrective action
? Release of the internal I.S. from production lines as well as the process changes
? Authority to stop the production or deliveries of products/services which could provoke customer unsatisfaction
? Participates to worker's competence evaluation
? Develop and deploy statistical tools in production
? Support the production staff & workers in problem solving with QRQC tools
? Lead daily quality walk and follow the corrections.
? As the trainer of QRQC, PDCA in plant level to improve everybody's capability for QRQC and PDCA.
Customer Quality:
? Able to analyse the customer returns (zero km and warranty) following the PDCA methodology and with respect to the lead time to customer response
? Insure that efficient preventive actions to solve potential incidents are introduced during project phase.
? Warranty QRQC follow up
New project Quality
Quality System:
?Establish and update the quality system documentation (manual, procedure, instruction, …) with the support of related department
?Coordinate and manage the internal or/and external audit
? Process indicator follow up
?Non quality cost follow up and push corrective action
? Implement the training about quality system procedure with the help of HR
 Prepare management review

Qualification:
1. 5 years or above quality management experience.
2. Experience in QSB system and TS16949 certification.
3. Familiar with Quality 7 tools.
