岗位职责：
1.整理和收集竞品营销及活动手段，丰富运营手法库，总结和分享活动经验
2.根据市场营销方案和推广目的，制定线上、线下各类运营及推广活动
3.体验游戏，融入玩家群体，挖掘产品内容并构思创意营销及事件营销活动
4.协助市场经理，讨论产品营销策略，推动重要版本的市场营销执行工作
任职要求：
1.热爱游戏，对至少5款大型网游有较深刻的理解，剑侠系列网游资深玩家优先；
2.关注互联网，有较敏锐的市场眼光和优秀的创新意识；
3.快速的学习能力，良好的逻辑思维和营销意识；
4.较强的数据分析能力；
5.优秀的口头、文案表达能力
6.良好的合作精神和沟通协调能力、高度的责任心和抗压能力；
7.本科以上学历，有游戏行业从业经历优先
