Job description:
--Assist Sourcing Department to perform documentation work;
--Prepare relevant report, order form, charts and documentation;
--Help to input the date/information to the systems and ensure the data is updated and collect;
--Support office admin daily work, like hotel booking, air ticket booking, etc
--Coordinate IT issues within office
--Other tasks from manager’s arrangement
