职位描述：
Essential/Specific Duties and Tasks:

1. Conduct the pre-visit for customers’ audit, help the existing factories to find out the problems and give them necessary training or guidance and help them to make great preparation for the audits;
2. Help the existing factories to set up their own internal compliance team, to assist them to set up their own internal compliance and inspection system;
3. Release & Conduct training to the existing factories on the new requirements from Customers;
4. After each visit for the factories, draft on-site visit reports to factory compliance lead;
5. Communicate with factory compliance lead and Uniek China sourcing team on the performance of the factories routinely;
6. Work as an expert of compliance issues for factories and internal sourcing team and answer the questions from factories and internal colleagues;
7. Other tasks as assigned by manager;

Purpose and Objectives: Conducts factory pre-audits to ensure factory compliance, outline Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to help factories improve and follow up with their execution, release and conduct training to existing factories about compliance requirements from retail customers.

Requirements:

1. Must be familiar with factory capacity & capability audit, CT-PAT/ GSV Audit, and CSR Audit;
2. Fluency in written and basic spoken English is necessary;
3. Working experience in factory, audit firm or Brands is preferable;
4. University Graduate with over 2 years’ work experience;
5. Frequently travel to factories within China;
6 It will be preferable having work experience of ISO9001, ISO14001 and QA management;


Qualifications

1. Four year degree preferred.
