职位描述：
Major Responsibilities
a) Ensure expenses are booked in the right period and under correct cost center,
GL accounts & sub ledger accounts are in accordance with accounting
principles
b) Review accruals, fixed asset & other open items
c) Assist with month end closing activities for different legal entities
d) Prepare financial reports, accounting statements and statistics report
accurately and timely
e) Provide reliable, accurate and timely financial information
f) Verify all purchasing requirements before ordering
g) Verify all revenue, COGs, inventory, ARAP report and communicate with
operation department, ensure all booking data are correct
h) Review all payment vouchers and entries in SAP, ensure accuracy and
timeliness for data capture
i) Assist in reviewing compliance with company’s policies and procedures,
report and highlight to immediate supervisor any non-compliance of
procedures and / or anomalies
j) Handle ad hoc assignments

Experiences Required
a) At least 3 years working experience, share service experience is a plus, real
estate development experience is preferred
b) Good communication skills
c) Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications and financial applications
within the SAP system
d) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
e) Good command of English, both written and spoken
