职位描述：
The Role: Lead a small team of people to successfully implement procurement, purchasing, supplier development, sourcing (in support of new product development and factory development), and inventory co.
 
Key Activities:
1. Procurement – locate and evaluate (audit) new suppliers in support of product development projects and our manufacturing operations (including equipment and machinery).
2. Purchasing – ensure that purchasing processes are conducted professionally and that we attain an optimal balance between purchase costs and quality/reliability.
3. Supplier Development – continuously seek improvements in quality, delivery, and cost efficiencies with our suppliers.
4. Inventory Management – Maintain appropriate levels of inventory value and accuracy.
5. Accounting – Supervise our small team of accountants to perform the various accounting processes (training and guidance will be provided)
6. HR-Supervise the human resources management.
7. Product Development (Collaboration) – cooperate with Product Development team and coordinate with supplier and internal factories to ensure quality. Cost effective results.

Environment: The person will be located at our modern, customized offices at Tianan Technology Park, Panyu. The company culture is open and predominantly westernized. The person will be required to travel within a 100Km radius to visit various suppliers, agents, and our manufacturing facilities.
This position reports to the Managing Director (English speaking).
 
Measures of Success:
1. Customer Satisfaction levels and Order Delivery on-time rates
2. Purchasing savings (PPV)
3. Supplier delivery performance
4. Supplier quality performance
5. Inventory levels (relative to sales) and wastage/shrinkage.
6. New Product ratio to Sales Revenue ratio
The Person:
1. The successful candidate should be smart, hardworking, and committed to finding innovative ways towards success.
2. Adequate written and spoken English is essential.
3. At least 5 years’ management experience in one or more of the listed activities are required.
4. The person must have a driving license and be a competent driver.

Remuneration: A base salary consistent with the candidate’s talents and aligned to market rates will be offered. Monthly travel and communication allowances are also included.
