职位描述：

Essential
Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:

·
Design and draft development
projects.

·
Work closely with Product Development
Engineers to design concepts that meet customers needs and requirements.

·
Maintain departmental
databases and personal time logs for tracking and reporting purposes.

·
Perform advanced CAD
functions.

·
Provide CAD math data
transfers, e.g., FTP sites, customer portals, etc for the company’s internal
and external customers.

·
Manage relevant CAD files in
Shape’s controlled systems.

·
Ensure compliance with
policies, procedures, and work instructions related to design work.

·
Help set direction and drive
departmental and corporate meetings as required.

·
Develop accurate
engineering bill of materials to support assigned projects.

·
Establish and maintain
relationships with our internal and external customers.

·
Additional functions not specifically outlined
in this position description as directed by the leader.

Position
Skills and Experience Requirements:

Associates Degree in Drafting or Design
Technologies required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for
degree.

Minimum of two years prior experience in
drafting/design.

·
Understanding of manufacturing minimum process
requirements.

·
Expert in 3D design of products.

·
Understanding of vehicle and component
packaging..

·
Proficient in 3D CAD using CATIA V5 is a must.
