Job Description

- Responsible to drive the park's sales and marketing initiatives and strategies in Southern China. Specific focus on MICE, education organizations and corporation segments

- Implementation of the sales initiatives and activities to achieve sales revenue and attendance budget

- To create market presence by planning and executing tactical promotions & advertising campaigns with business partners

- To identify and develop prospective business opportunities; with specific responsibilities for developing MICE business to the park

- To promote the park's image to the target clients and tourism industry partners

- To provide regular market feedback in a structured way and ready to use for senior executive briefing

- To assist Chief Representative to manage the day to day operation of the Guangzhou Rep. Office and provide supervision to staff

Qualifications

- Matriculated or above, tertiary education is preferred

- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

- With at least 5 years' relevant sales experience in the field of tourism / hospitality / airlines

- Knowledge in sales administration, experience user of PC and office software

- Excellent salesmanship qualities, aggressive, ambitious, self-motivated and independent

- Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Willing to travel frequently 举报 分享
