餐饮部主管/IKEA FOOD Team Leader

工作职责 你的工作职责包括：
-秉承顾客至上的服务理念，采取相应措施以优化销售，并将更多顾客转变为忠诚顾客。
-确保责任区干净整洁、舒适宜人、引人注目，并充满商业氛围。
-确保我们的产品始终外观良好、价格准确。
-通过一系列能吸引顾客、促进销售的方式来呈现我们的产品系列。
-对我们所供应和销售的食品充满热情、主动加以了解，并与顾客和同事分享自己的知识。
-与顾客亲切交流以主动倾听顾客需求和反馈，然后加以积极应对。
-参与并支持商场业务计划和宜家食品行动计划的实施。
-积极推进安全第一的企业文化，并指导他人以确保在所有日常工作中切实了解和严格遵照常规程序和要求

职位要求 您须具备以下知识、技能和经验：
-以促进销售为己任并具有出色的服务意识和顾客服务方面的经验。 对食品充满热情，并为所提供的服务和产品倍感自豪。
-具备在快节奏零售环境中的工作经验并能充分适应这种工作环境。 思维灵活并了解执行行动计划的理想方式，工作踏实肯干。
-认同宜家领导方式并能以身作则。
-充分利用日常机会开展自己的计划，不断学习和成长，并愿意与宜家共同实现进一步发展。

ABOUT THE JOB As IKEA Food Team Leader you lead by example and spend most of your working time on the shop floor, listening, acting, leading, helping and supporting customers and co-workers.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
-Keeping the customer in focus and taking action to optimise sales and convert more visitors into customers.
-Ensuring your area of responsibility is commercial, clean, tidy, attractive and inviting. You also ensure our products are in perfect condition and correctly priced at all times.
-Presenting our range in ways that inspire our visitors and optimise sales.
-Being passionate about the food we serve and sell, and actively learn about it and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
-Approaching our customers to listen actively to their needs and feedback and then act upon it.
-You contribute and support the implementation of the store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan.
-Promoting a safety first culture, as well as coach others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
-You are sales driven and service minded with experience of serving customers. Your passion for food makes you take pride in the service and product you serve.
-You have experience from and enjoy working in a vibrant retail environment. You are flexible and know how to execute action plans in a good way, you truly make things happen.
-The IKEA leadership approach inspires you and to lead by example is important to you.
