Hangzhou account service officer

Main responsibility:
- Handling all corporate account opening/maintenance/closure, including onsite visit customer from time to time
- Prepare relevant regulatory reports to SAFE / PBOC /CBRC
- Ensure compliant with: Internal policies and procedures; PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations, policies and procedures
- Ensure all account packs, signature card, important vouchers/documents are well filed.

Qualification:
- 2-3 years of working experience, relevant banking experience is preferred
- Good Customer Service skill
- Good command of English both in written and spoken
- Willing to learn, honest
- Willing to travel
