职位描述：
MAIN FUNCTION:
The R&D and Process Engineer will need to take full ownership of R&D samples production to meet customer’s requirement in a timely manner. This position will also need to create & manage continuous improvement projectsin all areas of production process without compromising on quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Perform R&D activities & samples submission.
?Communicate with customers on samples requirements and expected samples submission time.
?Co-ordination of the needed raw materials with purchasing team and suppliers.
?Organise samples production and shipment.
?Keep track of samples version and material traceability of each version.
?Obtain Quality team approval prior to submission of samples to customer.
?Perform process transfer from R&Dto commercial production including product & label drawing, BOM and DMR finalisation after obtaining customer’s sample signoff.
?Perform development of new products as per Management’s request.
?Provide samples status report.
?Maintain & Update BOM & Drawings after approval from all relevant parties.

2、Perform Continuous Improvement activities.
?Perform cycle time of individual production steps and provide proposals.
?Deliver technical expertise to support operation unit in order to ensure effective processes and optimize capacity utilization and quality.
?Prepare/review user requirement specifications and functional specification for process equipment according to the latest GMP requirements.

3、Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Plant Management.

Qualifications and Skills
?Bachelor degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Science related discipline
?Preferably 2-4 years of working experience in R&D
?Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry is an definite advantage
?Knowledge in ISO standards, CE requirements and CFDA requirements is an added advantage
?Able to work independently and proactively.
?With good communication skill, hard-working, willing to learn
Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office, MS project and AutoCad.
?Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Performance Metrics
?Increase on-time quality samples meeting customer’s requirement by 10%
?Create and manage at least 10 new continuous improvement projects.
?Production Efficiency increase by 5% due to improvement in production process. 举报 分享
