Description职位描述

The Software Developer will configure and customize client solutions to meet the specifications outlined by internal team members and client feedback.
The Software Developer will communicate and build relationship with development divisions in US and UK, resolve technical issues directly or find solutions via good discussion with global development teams.
软件工程师需要根据内部团队成员和客户的需求，寻求定制化的解决方案。并与美国和英国的技术开发部门同事建立良好的关系，直接解决技术问题或者通过与技术团队的沟通，找到解决办法。

Responsibilities岗位职责

1. Engineer solutions working in an SQL Server environment including designing reports and queries, importing and exporting data, data manipulation, and writing stored procedures.
在SQL Server环境下工作，找出解决方案：包括设计和查询报告，导入和导出数据，处理数据，并编写存储过程

2. Assist in the development of new tools to enhance the software offering
协助开发新工具，以增强软件的功能性需求

3. Works with software testing team to create test cases and test data.
与软件测试团队协同工作，创建测试用例和测试数据

4. Responds to inquiries from project team and technical support regarding functions and operations of software programs
回答项目团队成员对软件程序的功能和操作的疑问，并提供技术支持

5. Contributes to establishment of standards and procedures for program design and testing. Recommends program improvements or revisions.
确立程序设计和测试的标准及流程；提出改进程序的建议。

6. Reviews computer logs and reports to identify program processing errors and possible improvements. Supports user acceptance testing.
检查计算机日志和报告，以识别程序处理错误，并找到可能的改进办法；支持用户验收测试。

7. Reviews and contributes to software program documentation.

Requirements任职要求

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of web application development experience with ASP.net and excellent spoken English skills.
Must have:
1. Experience of working with English speaking development team;
2. 2 - 3 years of experience engineering Web-based applications and an understanding of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, ASP, HTML JavaScript, and ASP.NET is required.
3. Helpful to have experience with the following tools: VBscript, Microsoft VB or VB.NET.
4. Overseas education or working experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University
