职位描述：
 I. 工作目标：

1. 制定/执行全国店铺维修工作流程，管理制度及政策规范

2. 统筹全国各市场完成维修综合项年度招标>90%

3. 统筹全国各市场完成空调维修及保养项年度招标>90%

4. 确保全国店铺维修完成率>90%

5. 确保全国店铺2周维修完成率>90%

6. 确保全国店铺维修满意率>95%

7. 确保全国店铺常规项保养率>90%

II．工作职责：

1. 整体维修管理体系的建立,并确保全国各市场维修组按规执行；

2. 制定维修工程量库(综合项+ 空调项)，分析年度项目平均单价，提供高效数据至市场开展综合与空调项的年度招标工作

3. 制定店铺常规项目的保养规范及年度的保养规划

4. 对市场维修组成员作出技术培训及安全教育，定期考核员工的工作效率及业绩

5. 监管全国各市场维修负责人完成公司制定的KPI指标

6. 对发生紧急维修项目短时间内制定解决方案及取得管理层审批。

III.个性品质及任职资格:

1. 大专或以上学历,机械专业或化工机械工程专业者优先

2. 熟悉Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook操作；

3. 具备较强的责任意识,主动性及沟通能力强,做事认真负责.

4. 熟悉空调制冷及各零部件工作原理，维修电工基础知识

5. 3年以上零售或连锁店工作经验.
