Main Purpose of the Job:
? Support IT system for Guangzhou plant 支持广州工厂的IT系统
? Coordination in case of new projects or enhancements 新项目支持
? Interface Corporate IT/IT Plant and Plant Manager in Guangzhou plant 与IT经理沟通、协助完成IT项目
? Communication/supervising Corporate IT regulations and policies 沟通，监管IT的正常及规定

Main Responsibilities:
? User Management 用户管理
o Permissions(file access, web access) 授权管理（如文件授权、网站授权）
o address book information 地址簿信息
? Software软件
o Managing NON ALPLA standard projects 管理非阿普拉项目标准
o interface corporate IT regarding Alpla Standards(Licensing, compatibility) 协助合作执行阿普拉公司IT标准
? new projects (new plants or inhouse-operations) 新项目（新工厂或厂中厂的运行）
o supporting start up启动支持
? Perform User IT-related Trainings 完成IT用户的相关培训
? 1st level support 第一层次的支持
? IT cost controlling IT成本控制
? Support Plant Managers in questions of IT NON Alpla Standards 在工厂经理提出相关非阿普拉标准的IT问题时及时回应支持。

? Procurement of IT equipment (if not managed by Corporate IT) 购买IT设备（非总部IT统一管理的）
? Server Systems 服务器管理
o Maintenance NON Alpla Standard 维护非阿普拉标准
? Install/ deploy (Corporate IT) software on servers 在服务器内安装卸载软件
? Monitor backup jobs 跟进备份工作
o ISP ISP系统管理
o Server Hardware 硬件管理
o Network components 网络零件管理
? ISP Contracting ISP 合同
? Spare part handling (consultation Corporate IT) 零件处理

Education/Experience: 教育背景
? College graduate or equivalent 大专或以上学历
Min of 3 years related experience 最少3年以上工作经验

Qualifications/Skills: 任职资格
? Advanced IT skills: administration of server and network components 有服务器、网络管理经验
? advanced knowledge
o MS Products 熟悉微软的产品
o Experience in Windows Domain Environment. 熟悉Windows的运行环境
? Basic knowledge of PAB-X phone systems: administration skills PAB电话系统管理经验
? Microsoft and Cisco certifications 微软和CISCO 证书
? Good team player 团队合作精神
