职位描述：
? Responsible for Audit and Qualification, Production Approval, and Shipment Inspection for either Bathing, Chinaware or Faucet components and finished goods shipped from Asian suppliers into the LWT Americas region

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
? Review the Quality Management System and production processes in order to assess supplier capability
? Assist suppliers with clear requirements, specifications and production standards
? Observe production release process for new product development and engineering changes
? Identify key manufacturing, material management, and design processes in order to ensure consistent quality, stable production and timely product delivery
? Issue notifications of product nonconformance to suppliers requesting root cause identification, corrective action definition and improvement action planning
? Participate in failure modes effects analysis on all new products with engineering in order to identify risks and assist with the implementation of control plans for these risks
? Review internal knowledge base and work with 3rd party industry experts assisting with supplier development activities in order to increase quality, enhance reliability, and improve dependability

Job Specifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
? Certifications: ASQ Certification or equivalent, and Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus
? At least 3 years in Engineering, Sourcing, or Quality related roles as a specialist in a discrete manufacturing environment (Fortune 500 Company is a plus)
? Team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources; experience working with others on a global basis is a plus
? Demonstrated supplier focus – thoroughly understands the product development process and the role of quality and supply chain in new product launches as well as ongoing production
? Analytical and problem solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner; effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions
? Change oriented – knowledge of process improvement tools; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing objectives
? Proven statistical analysis capability with use of appropriate problem solving techniques 举报 分享
