职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1、做好实验室日常卫生清洁、“6S”管理及实验仪器和设施日常维护保养工作。
2、认真执行ISO22000、PRP、OPRP、WI文件等体系文件管理要求。　
3、按HACCP计划要求对生产线质量进行有效监控。
4、完成生产过程环节产品各项指标的检测工作。
5、完成对生产线设备、设施、环境、人员卫生及关键工序的巡检工作。
6、对当班生产过程中发现的异常情况进行反馈，并提出合理化建议。
7、针对生产线突发的质量异常问题应第一时间向高级品控员或主任反馈，并提出处理建议。
8、参与员工的品质、安全教育，提高员工的品质和安全意识。
二、岗位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，食品相关专业；
2、1年或以上食品行业工作经验；
3、对ISO22000体系有一定的了解、熟悉产品生产工艺、原理及相关检测技能。掌握食品分析、食品检验、微生物学等知识。
