Getinge Infection Control is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design EngineerPV to work with R&D development at the production site in Suzhou.

Job purpose:
Develop pressure vessel, steam generator and mechanical system for new products
新产品开发：中低压压力容器，蒸汽发生器的设计和相关机械系统的设计开发
Sustaining technical support for released products
量产产品的日常技术支持

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1.Mechanical design for low/middle pressure vessel, steam generator and relative mechanical system in CAD software
运用CAD 软件进行中低压压力容器，蒸汽发生器的设计和相关机械子系统的设计
2.Strength calculation and material selection according to pressure vessel regulation，codes and standards
根据压力容器的法规，规范和标准要求计算设计强度和材料的选型
3.Prepare calculation sheet, drawings, routing, BOM
负责完成设计计算说明书，图纸，工艺流程和物料表
4.Check and approve the design and process documents by design engineer according to the specification and relation regulation, code and standards
根据压力容器的法规，规范和标准要求审核和批准其他工程师的设计和工艺文件
5.Support audits & inspections from pressure vessel authorities
对压力容器第三方审核和检查提供必要的技术支持
6.Product maintenance and continuous improvement of products and processes
对量产的产品的持续改善提供技术支持
7.Technical support for fabrication, materials purchasing and subcontract of pressure vessel and steam generator
提供技术支持给制造，材料采购和供应商

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in pressure vessel, chemical equipments or boiler, mechanical design
本科及以上学历，压力容器，化工设备或锅炉设计或机械制造相关专业
2.Familiar with pressure vessel or steam generator, welding technology, strength calculation under GB150, ASME, PED and CAD design
熟悉掌握GB150、ASME、PED压力容器或蒸汽发生器工程设计、焊接技术、强度计算和熟悉CAD设计
3.Above 8 years experience preferred in pressure vessel design and above 3 years in design checking/approving consisting with China regulation
至少8年以上压力容器产品设计工作经验，3年以上压力容器产品审核工作经验
4.Above 5 years experience preferred in ASME and PED code pressure vessel design and above 2 years in design checking/approving consisting with ASME and PED regulation
至少5年以上ASME和PED规范产品设计工作经验，2年以上审核工作经验
5.Certification for approving pressure vessel design for GB, ASME U STAMP and PED regulation will be plus
具有国内压力容器, ASME U STAMP 和 PED产品设计审核资质的优先
