职位描述：
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leads the management of safety, health & environment within the facility
2. Work closely with departments to deliver safety, health initiatives and environment protection support.
3. Conduct EHS training to all employees and keep positive relationship with related authorities.
4. Guide and Support 3-level safety training material review and update.
5. Make sure EHS implementation in line with government regulations and rules.
6. Initiate approaches & controls to prevent loss time accident, to reduce/prevent environmental pollution, to prevent damage against employee health and to reduce/control exposure to circumstances where possible damage might occur.
7. Complete EHS related reports for management review.
8. Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
9. Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all safety requirements have been met.
10. Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. Minimum a bachelor degree in safety or environmental management or mechanical engineering with environmental/ safety management as part of academic program
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in areas of safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene management in a manufacturing environment
3. Experienced in working across all levels, able to navigate effectively within the organization and local authorities to pro-actively resolve EHS related issues
4. Experienced in leading and executing organization-wide EHS initiatives and activities to continuously improve the organization/ employees awareness level on EHS
5. Familiar with Chinese &/or local EHS regulations and fire prevention rules, with hands-on experience in local fire protect and leading the emergency response organization at local level
6. Working knowledge of ISO14000 and OHSAS18001 is preferred
7. Good English communication and presentation skills (written and spoken), IELT level 6 expected 举报 分享
