1、管理百度、360、sogou、神马等搜索引擎的付费推广,分析、优化推广账户；
2、制定并执行SEM推广计划，并对推广效果进行实时监控优化；
3、分析、评审搜索引擎付费关键词的相关性、合理性并改进投放效果；
4、研究竞争对手及其他网站SEM营销策略，并提出合理建议和应对措施。
5、每日检测SEM投放渠道情况，负责日报、周报月报反馈。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，有SEM优化相关工作经验，（17年应届生也考虑，可录用）；
2、有较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用excel进行数据分析及时发现问题并予以改进；
3、工作认真细致，具备高度的责任感、上进心、执行力；
