职位描述：
Responsibilities:

The following list of duties describes the primary tasks executed by the development group. The leader of group will be called upon to ensure that these tasks get completed, and this position will focus on the development of amplifier product.

1. Create project proposal, specification definition and component definition;
2. Electrical design tasks as defined and monitored by team;
3. Schematic capture, simulation and PCB layout to meet DFM requirements;
4. Develop and execute product test plan, review and report test result and develop action plan
5. Performs DFMEA design reviews and electrical design reviews;
6. Troubleshooting and fix all related issues on new development product;
7. Receive consumer feedback, analyzes data for needed improvement;
8. EMC, EMI and safety strategy development;

Required Education and Experience:

1. B.S. or equivalent experience;
2. 3-5 years of design experience in audio product

Required Skills:

1. Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment;
2. Solid experience in PCB layout design and software (Mentor Expedition, Cadence…);
3. Understand of SMPS design including AC/DC, DC/DC, PFC, LLC etc.;
4. Understand of the principle of analog amplifier and digital amplifier;
5. Experience in the design and development of digital, and analog audio electronics;
6. Expert in DSP, Codec preferred;
7. Understanding of audio measurements is a plus;
