职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、按学校固定的采购流程进行采购操作，并监控产品质量；

2、采购订单执行情况跟踪、整理、归档；

3、外籍员工的租房事宜；

4、相关市场行情调查；

5、与供应商有关交期、交量等方面的协调；

6、与各管理部门协调工作；

7、其他部门的相关事宜。

岗位要求：

1、英语水平须与外籍人员无障碍交流；

2、本科及以上学历，专业不限；

3、1年以上相关工作经验；

4、熟悉采购流程；

5、熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件；

5、有良好的职业道德，工作细致认真，条理性、逻辑性强，并有较强的责任心和团队合作精神。
