Position Summary
Charge to urgent repairing & troubleshooting, & periodically maintenance monitoring job to meet quick responds requirement during machine break down
Charge equipment improvement job under 6S requirement
Charge spare parts follow up, application ，safety stock modify & monitoring job

1、charge urgent repairing & technical coaching job try to reduce equipment downtime rate
2、charge equipment status monitoring job. Point to potential failure mode to take special maintenance & improvement action during periodically maintenance schedule
3、Follow up periodically maintenance coaching job & shift maintenance monitoring job
4、charge equipment installing, adjusting & test running job
5、charge engineering projects plan , technical preparation, implement, quality monitoring & final inspection job
6、charge equipment improvement & reform & 6S improvement job
7、Complete urgent job on time
8、Charge daily management job for maintenance group
9、charge equipment ISO document preparation & WI modification & maintenance form preparation job. Then
make statistic & analyze according maintenance record
10、charge internal & external communication job both inter-department and outside supplier

Qualification
? Bachlor. Major in Mechanical or electrical automation
? At least 8 years repairing experience
? can follow up & monitor project quality. Then make a final check & inspec
? Can quick fix urgent equipment faults（general knowledge is required very well）
