Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
1. CNSER Capacity costs (SGA/COGS) monthly analysis reports and related saving program proposal and follow up. monthly follow-up reports are done timely and accurately.be familiar with VIB/HFM system.
2. Fixed assets depreciation calculation booking in Baan and UF .
Residual of fixed assets depreciation calculation in UF and Baan.
Ensure depreciation was correct.
3. Intangible asset depreciation calculation booking in UF and Baan. Ensure depreciation was correct.
4. CIP review monthly with approval signature/ Transferred to FA need to be confirmed with related Person. CIP Should be reviewed monthly with investment manager.
5. Assets loss process and record .
6. Coordinate and Organize Fixed Assets physical check twice in whole year.
7. PCS/Standard project closing. Ensure project status correct , Follow up PCS/Standard projects' status, close in Baan in time. Clean the projects opened before Y2015.Make summary report Quarterly.
8. WIP aging report check and Wip aging over 1 years should get E-mail confirmation. Materials aging report preparation. Calculate the inventory provision and book it correctly according to Valmet Policy. Summarized Material/WIP provision list with comments, Estimate Material/WIP Provision.
9. Physical check inventory stock, booking the results half-yearly. Consignment inventory confirmations from customer.
10. Inventory reconciliation/distribution Perform.
11. Baan Journal transaction input and check.
12. G/L 13200 (Shipped not invoiced) explanation review and approval .
13. Freight incoming/outgoing follow up &External/Internal IT expense
Follow up.
14. Review account balance regularly and prepare account analysis for balance sheet.
15. Monthly Expense allocation voucher input.
CIT Audit/annual Audit/Foreign exchange Audit/Internal Audit support and coordinate with positive attitude.
16. Review account balance regularly and prepare account analysis for balance sheet. Make monthly reconciliation and upload to finance approval database.
17. Other related tasks required by leader.
18. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
19. Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.
Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and auditing.
- Good communication in both written and oral English
- 3-5 year’s cost/expense experience
- Some knowledge on China accounting practices and tax regulations
- Self-motivated, independent, details oriented
- Honest, integrity and good team player and Strong networking skills
- Working knowledge of Baan，DW, MS office applications.
