职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1、从事新药的剂型设计、小试工艺研究、中试工艺放大等科研工作；
2、熟练使用实验室常用制剂和分析的设备仪器，熟悉大生产设备、HPLC、紫外、红外等测定仪器的使用、熟悉报批流程及相关法规；
3、熟练地完成项目实验化学反应，并对结果做出较全面的分析判断，完成实验报告；
4、依据文献完成化合物合成路线设计,路线筛选、工艺优化及技术攻关；
5、独立完成项目工作，并解决实验中出现的简单问题，清晰完整地完成实验记录，实验报告书；
6、能按照实验装置的标准进行操作，安全使用试剂、设备等，谨遵实验管理安全制度；
二、任职要求：
硕士及以上学历，中药学、药学、发酵工程、微生物学、化学合成等相关专业，3年以上药品研发、检测、发酵相关工作经验，能够独立承担药品研发工作，熟悉国内药品研发和审批流程，有较强的开发和创新能力，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
