职位描述：
1. Tax compliance in various jurisdictions (corporate tax, indirect tax, withholding tax etc)
？ Preparation and review of corporate income tax / indirect tax / withholding tax returns (including extracting information, collating supporting documents, preparing tax payment requisition, etc.)
？ Preparation and review of provisional tax computations for tax provisioning / tax estimate purposes
？ Maintaining tax status and monitoring of tax estimates and tax instalment schemes.
？ Monitoring tax exemption status and be sensitive of any changes of tax regulations/new requirements;
？ Assistance in B2V reform implementation and effective communication with relevant tax bureaus to understand the local requirements/practice in monthly/quarterly filings;
？ Liaison with personnel of other departments for information extraction, document collation, payment requisition, etc.
？ Liaison with external consultants and tax officials to resolve tax issues.
？ Handle departmental administrative tasks and routine filing.

2. Tax advisory / Tax planning and Implementation
？ Assist the superior in carrying out tax researches on ad-hoc issues arising from tax projects, tax planning, tax queries / investigation, including analysis and summarising of internal information, tax treaties, tax laws, tax cases, etc.
？ Assist in coordination the implementation of new set-ups, related companies transactions, inbound and outbound investments, new acquisitions, tax clearance, liquidation, etc.
？ Assist in handling tax investigations/audits including liaison with external consultants and tax officers to resolve the matter
？ Assist to resolve tax related operational issues including to propose improvements (where applicable) to existing tax processes
？ Assist to communicate with relevant other departments to ensure tax compliance and proper implementation of new tax laws.

Qualifications & Experience
？ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
？ Completed professional exams of tax and/or accounting institutes
？ 3 to 4 years tax experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, or in a multinational organization
？ Good management, communication and technical skills in the areas of income tax and indirect taxes for Asia Pacific jurisdictions
？ Pro-active, self-motivated, multi-tasking, willing to learn, work well under time pressure, strong work ethics and a deep sense of commitment
？ Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
？ Able to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in Mandarin and English
