职位描述：
1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Lead people by targets and strategies which are committed with the production director.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the mechanical production department and assure production according to production plan
- Assure introduction and ramp up of new types according to schedule
- Assure in good communication with quality department and efficient quality management in the production stable quality
- Work continuously on activities to increase productivities
- Initiate and control continuous improvement process
- Do proper investment planning to assure that all equipment in production is available on time
- Assure with proper cost controlling in production area that production costs and cost-center costs are on target-level.
- Give training to assembly employees by one-point-lesson and work out the work instruction;
- Coordinate local production and design department HQ for engineering change (ECO);
- Support quality department for Q-Problem analysis and solving;
- Support sourcing department for localization and sample approval;
- Oversea business trip is required.

3．KEY COMPETENCIES
- Educational: mechanical or related major
- Mechanical engineering background with 5+ years’ experience in production management;
- Expert in the technical support and management in the machine production;
- Good knowledge of manufacturing, standard process in a manufactory environment is necessary;
- Both self-motivated and team-worked ability;
- Skilled in SAP, Excel, PC knowledge;
- Fluent written and verbal English, good communication skills is required;
- Good understanding in diverse ranges of knowledge, ability to study independently for solving engineering problems.
