岗位职责：
1、负责为企业的经营管理决策提供法律可行性、合法性分析和法律风险预测。
2、参加重大经济合同的谈判，提供法律专业服务
3、依照制度规定参与重大经济合同的起草，负责对外签订各类合同的法律审核
4、监督企业外重大经济合同的履行，及时提供法律风险预警
5、负责处理企业内部法律咨询
6、负责办理各类诉讼及事务处理
7、负责企业法律知识培训
8、负责与外部法律机构的合作事项
9、负责与司法机关及政府有关部门保持沟通
